The Workout


By completing a lap of the circuit you work out every major muscle group in the body.
Most of the machines workout two muscle groups at the same time. So you are achieving twice as much as if you were in a traditional gym.

Our six level adjustable hydraulics give you the chance to increase or decrease the intensity of your workout, totally unique to Ladypace. The harder you push the more resistance. The push/pull motion involves two entirely different muscle groups increasing your fat burning potential.

Cardio is built into the program, in between each hydraulic machine is a step and a sprung square platform which your able to walk or jog on (without the danger of hard impact). These help to keep you in your heart rate zone which is ideal for fat burning.

You get the benefits of a 30 minute traditional gym workout in just 30 minutes.

The program is suited for all shapes and sizes of women and of all ages and fitness levels.

You will perform 3 circuits during your 30 minute workout exercising every major muscle group.

Your body is in the fat burning zone for the entire 30 minutes.
