Fatburner Fitness Hour
This is a fun fitness hour in the gym. We'll give you plenty of challenging exercises to target all the major muscle groups whilst still using our 8 fabulous Ladypace machines.

TOTAL ABS
Simon’s 30 minute Total Abs class is a must if you want firm abs and a strong core. His class has been specially designed to work all areas of your abdominal section. Three weeks doing this class and you'll really notice a difference!

Walk/Jog/Run
This is an all ability walk/jog group, which adds variety to your training programme. It is a friendly way to exercise outside to keep fit and healthy. It includes a mix of walking, jogging and running and added drill exercises for all levels of fitness.

Chaos
The ultimate Circuit Training fitness class with 24 challenging exercises in 30 minutes! Moving around the studio each exercise will test your strength, stamina and endurance. Expect to get very warm in this calorie busting workout. Every week will be different so you'll never know what's coming next!

Super Circuits
This is an instructor led class within the Ladypace circuit, using different pieces of equipment, to challenge your muscles and boost your calorie burn. This is a good change to learn new moves on the steps and squares which will help to keep you motivated.

Tabata
Tabata is an awesome High Intensity Interval Training class. Two exercises are performed for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second period of rest. This is repeated 8 times equalling 4 minutes of body-blitzing exercise. In each 30 minute class you'll do between 6 - 7 Tabata intervals using a variety of studio equipment. It's guaranteed to be a challenging & physical workout.

Simon’s class will target and tone every part of your lower body including your glutes, legs and hips while building lean, strong and powerful legs.
